Q + A

What is the weather like in May?

May is a wonderful month to visit the Hamptons and Montauk! Daily high temperatures range from 65°F to 67°F and daily low temperatures range from 55°F to 60°F. Please bring a light jacket for nighttime to use as needed!

Are children invited?

We know your kids are awesome, and we love them but due to space restrictions we cannot accommodate them at the wedding. Should you need any help finding childcare please reach out to Alyssa or Dan who will do their best to help source for you! Children are welcome to join us at the beach day on Sunday.

What do I do if i have any questions?

If you have any questions please reach out directly to Alyssa (720-209-7473) or Daniel (212-660-6313). They are the best people to answer any of your questions.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Should weather permit, the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place fully outdoors! The reception will take place mostly indoors with an option to step outside for fresh air and drinks!

Is walking in heels going to be a nightmare if the ceremony and cocktail hour are outside?

The ceremony is on grass and there is about a 5 minute scenic walk through the docks to get to cocktail hour. We suggest a slightly chunkier heel than your normal Louboutins.

How will you communicate any updated information and/or changes before the wedding?

The Bride and Groom will have a text service set up to advise of any changes due to weather and or to share any other updates throughout the weekend!

Should I watch out for ticks?

Ticks are common throughout the Hamptons and tend to thrive in grassy, bushy, or wooded areas. If you are planning on doing any hiking please be mindful to stay on the trails. Please see the CDC recommendations for best practices. https://www.cdc.gov/ticks/index.html
